Own the operational and sales engine of IPX Brooklyn. You’ll run the facility, grow our membership base, and lead the team that makes every visit exceptional.
Own the heartbeat of IPX Brooklyn — designing and running our leagues, tournaments, clinics, and social events. You’ll build the programming calendar from scratch and lead the coaching team that keeps our community coming back.
Be the first face our members see and the reason they stay. You’ll manage front desk operations, guide new players through their membership options, and deliver the kind of warm, professional experience that defines IPX Brooklyn.
Represent the IPX Brooklyn community at your skill level — welcoming players, gathering feedback, and working directly with our team to shape the leagues, events, and programming that matter most to you.
Be a leader on our courts and a core part of our community. As an IPX Brooklyn Pickleball Coach, you’ll provide top-tier instruction through private lessons and group clinics, helping players of all levels fall in love with the game.
Bring the energy and lead the next generation of players. As an IPX Brooklyn Kids Coach, you’ll design and lead fun, high-energy sessions for our summer camps and afterschool programs, helping kids of all skill levels build confidence and fall in love with racquet sports.
